Spain language understands that that the quality of the student´s accommodation plays an integral part in their Spanish Course abroad experiences. We accordingly take special care to make sure that each and every one of our housing options makes the Spain Language participant feel comfortable, cozy, safe, and `at home´. One of our staff members personally visits each accommodation and carefully judges the quality of the site through a strict approval process.

Rooms may be booked for the duration of the course at the students’ request. Maximum distance from the lodgings to the School is 20 minutes walking.

Details about date and time of arrival must be communicated to our office in advance.

Double rooms will be booked only for students who are travelling together.

Apartment (Shared with other students) Learn Spanish in Santiago

Double or single exterior rooms, equipped with a desk and heating. They have a washing machine and the kitchen is completely equipped only in July, August and September. The rest of the year there is only a microwave, a percolator and a fridge. Daily cleaning service (from Monday to Friday). Sheets and towels washing. From 4 to 6 people per flat. During the school year it is common to share the flat with Spanish students.

Students Residence

Available only in summer (July, August and September). Includes Full Board. They are large flats (up to 12 students), cared by a person in charge. Double or single exterior rooms, equipped with a desk and heating. They have a washing machine; kitchens are equipped with microwave, percolator and fridge. Daily cleaning service (from Monday to Friday). Sheets and towels washing.

Spanish Families Learn Spanish in Santiago

They are selected by the school after a personal interview. The criteria for selection are: comfort and cleanness in homes, kindness and friendliness by the hosts and proximity to the school.
Half Board (breakfast and lunch) or Full Board.

Private Appartment

Up to 5 people. They have an equipped kitchen, daily cleaning service. Sheets and towels washing. Check price and availability.

Hotel or Guesthouse

The School can book rooms in hotels of different prices and categories.

Accommodations will be available the Sunday before starting the course from 12 noon onwards. Students must leave it for the new students on the Saturday following the end of the course before 12 noon.
